ConveyPlus ("we", "us") operates www.convey-plus.com and the ConveyPlus customer and driver apps. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

Account data: name, email, phone, password (hashed), profile photo.

Trip data: pickup and dropoff addresses, GPS coordinates, scheduled times, vehicle class, passenger count, special instructions, ratings, and tips.

Location data: with your permission, real-time device location while a trip is active to enable matching, ETA, and live tracking.

Payment data: card details are tokenized and processed by Stripe; we store only the last four digits and brand.

Device & usage: IP address, device type, browser, app version, push notification tokens, and interaction logs.

To create and manage your account; dispatch and complete trips; process payments and tips; send booking, status, and receipt notifications by email, SMS, and in-app push; provide customer support; prevent fraud; and improve safety and service quality.

We share trip-relevant details (name, pickup, dropoff, phone) with assigned drivers. We share payment data with Stripe. We share live tracking links only when you explicitly choose to share them. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and limited analytics to measure performance and reliability.

We retain account and trip records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security on our database, and tokenized payment storage via Stripe. No system is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data; opt out of marketing communications; revoke location or push permissions in your device settings; and request human review of automated decisions. Contact us to exercise these rights.

ConveyPlus is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
